What is IDEALX Console?
IDEALX Console is the platform where advisers, accountants, SMSF administrators, auditors and fund managers work. A firm sees the same entity the client sees, within exactly the authority the client has granted, and nothing moves without the client.
How does an adviser access a client's SMSF on IDEALX?
On IDEALX, the client appoints the firm and grants each permission on its own, such as seeing balances and documents, preparing payments or a ledger authority for recurring payments, through the Client Authorities. Payments wait for the client, and every step is recorded.
Can an adviser act for a client on IDEALX?
Yes, inside the client's authority. A firm in IDEALX Console can act for a client for up to an hour in an act-as session, the client is told, and every action is on record.
How do firms onboard clients to IDEALX?
A firm in IDEALX Console can start an application for a client or send a branded join link, and each participant verifies their own identity. A firm that supplies identity evidence does so under the KYC Reliance and Onboarding terms.
What is Agent X?
Agent X is the operations agent in IDEALX Console, for firm staff. It reads the client book and prepares emails, client payments, model decisions and notes within each client's authority; anything that sends or moves waits for one press, and a proposal lasts 30 minutes. Agent X is separate from Atlas, which works for the member.
Which agreements cover IDEALX Console?
Firms use IDEALX Console under the Console Services Agreement, each person a firm invites accepts the Console User Access Terms, and clients appoint a firm through the Client Authorities. All of them are published at legal.idealx.com.
