The intelligence
Atlas is the steward inside every IDEALX home. It reads the entity, explains it in plain words and prepares what you ask for. At the firm's desk in Console, Agent X does the same.

The steward's oath
Works only for the member
Paid by the relationship, never the product
Will say no, even to us
Written into the Atlas room, under every conversation.
The working hand
Ask Atlas to pay someone, move money between your homes, place an order or lock in a yield. It checks the rules, shows exactly what will be sent and waits for your press.
Pay Harbour Accounting A$1,650 for the audit.
Here it is, checked against the fund's rules. Nothing moves until you press.

One spine, two desks
In the PortalWorks for the member. Reads the home, explains it and prepares what you ask for.
In ConsoleWorks for the firm. Reads the client book, drafts and prepares within each client's authority.
The same rule for both: reading happens at once, anything that moves waits for one press.
What both keep to
Every transaction shows the account, amount and currency, conditions, fees, cash impact and limits before you confirm.
A confirmation authorises that transaction only. Anything materially different asks again.
A reply in the chat is not a trade. The platform shows the real status: pending, rejected, partially executed or completed.
A question, a hypothetical or an ambiguous sentence is never treated as an instruction.
Mandates, approvals, recipient controls and revocations all apply. A firm in Console keeps only the authority you recorded.

Atlas on IDEALX can prepare a payment, a transfer between your entities, a market order or a yield lock, checked against the fund's rules. Nothing moves until you confirm it on screen, one confirmation authorises that one instruction only, and a proposal lasts 15 minutes.
